Site needs them, even if it's chat moderators/specific sub forums.

Reasons for requests - Some posts/topics/sites being advertised here are known for allowing security breaches to play out - I CAN PROVIDE EVIDENCE on this.

- The same old 'I got banned' for the same old 'Obvious reasons' is making it boring and intolerable to keep visiting the forums also.

I feel like all reports are handled in a timely manner. Can you provide any examples of when they aren't?
