Resolved Prompted to confirm my location nearly every time signing into website

I'm not sure if it's a bug or just an issue with how my internet is setup, but 3/4 times I log into the website (all from the same computer on the same network) I'm prompted to confirm my location through e-mail before it will let me actually sign in. Has anyone else had this issue?

I have the e-mails for reference with the IPs it is detecting each time if that helps, but I'm not going to post those in a public post. I know it's likely due to my ISP assigning a new IP intermittently, but I've never had an issue on other sites with this kind of thing.

Any information or help is appreciated, thanks.

I believe there is an authentication required for each computer that is different than the one's you usually use to log in. So you should only need to do this once each time you change computers... But i am not completely sure.

Each new computer you sign in on = needs confirmation via your email address registered to your Runemate account

Each new IP address that you sign in on = needs confirmation via your email address registered to your Runemate account

Your ISP may be providing you with a dynamic IP address, which changes frequently.

Go to your account page here:
https://www.runemate.com/community/account/br-security-ip
https://www.runemate.com/community/account/br-login-log

And view the list of IPs logging in to your account.

If you see it is a similar IP address each time, eg:

123.456.78.9
123.456.78.1
123.456.78.2

Then you can set up a trusted IP range in the https://www.runemate.com/community/account/br-security-ip setting page.

Thanks for the link to viewing the list used on the site, it definitely has quite a few. I'll just deal with the dynamic IP for now.
