Remove Jagex client patch

It's probably not super important but I was wondering if there is a way to uninstall the jagex client patch. I'm not going to be botting on the jagex client anymore so I figured It would make the most sense to remove it if that is easy enough.

If you want a fresh Jagex client, simply uninstall it, redownload from the Jagex website, and reinstall it.
