I have started using runemate and its library's bots about 5 days ago.
Today, I have been served with a permanent ban without any warning.
I understand that this may happen eventually, but was not expecting a ban this soon (within 5 days).

I believe I have been running the bot prudently, only limiting myself to about 3-4 hours max per day (usually about 12-14 hours game time).
The rest of the time I have been playing the game manually (without bot/script/macro).
I have mostly used Cuppa's Smelter (about 80%) of the time, Cuppa's Smithing (10%) and Mikes Magic Bankstander (10%).

I am not faulting the bot authors, nor am I seeking compensation for the credits spent there.
I am merely requesting a refund for the remaining balance in my runemate wallet.

Any mod, please respond to this so we can discuss how to work this around.

this is not an option, the only way credits leave your account is by spending them on bots
