Hello, RM took money from my paypal from a bank standing order set up using paypal to take money from my acc. It's actually put me on the minus which I can resolve but I still haven't had the credits. Could someone look into this please. I have the ref number etc and payment proof which came through as paid on paypal and on my bank account statement.
 
Could a member of staff please get back to me about this as I'm not sure who to contact. Thanks!

Have you received any credits since?

I'm thinking because your account went in to negative, there was/is an issue with the payment at PayPal's end. The payment system is automated - as soon as RuneMate receives your money, you receive your upgrade; meaning if you haven't received your upgrade then there is a delay at your bank's/PayPal's end not releasing the money to RuneMate.

It has shown up on my paypal and bank statement as paid & claered, my bank goes into negative because it has a small save limit for purchases, which results in a charge but allows the payment. i'll get charged a few dollars which is okay, but would suck if i did it and the RM credits weren't resolved lol. Perhaps it is better to talk on discord regarding the matter so i can send payment proofs + ref numbers?
 
hmm, this is odd, somehow its bounced back on the statement from my bank now, but its cleared on paypal, strange! sorry for the misunderstanding, thanks for geting back to me.
