I guess no one can know for sure but which are the safest skills to train with a bot? And also what skills are not recommended to be botted?

Agility is my number 1 on don't bot list
This basically, so bankstanding stuff is pretty safe, eg alching, fletching, etc. Also stuff that puts you under masses of people seem pretty safe imo, eg. Wintertodt, blast furnace, etc.
