Thinking about downloading runelite for some of the plugins, was wondering if this is bad idea when using runemate? Anyone else use both?

I don't think the RuneMate client will pick up RuneLite client in the client list. I could be wrong though.

RuneMate does not work with RuneLite. RuneMate only works with the official, Jagex released, Old School RuneScape client.

RuneLite on its own is safe, it's used by hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of players worldwide.

Yes i am aware, I was wondering whether or not RuneMate is more easily detectable when using RuneLite for playing when not running scripts. Is it risky to do this since they can see I'm using tow different clients? Do you you use RuneLite when you're not botting?

I don't think jagex notices this type of thing. I mean, obviously we have no evidence, but people swap clients so randomly I don't think it would be considered in banning people.

This subject is all about superstition. Yes, they can see you're using different clients. Does this raise any flags in the system? Probably not. I personally prefer to wait a bit before switching a client rather than changing it right away. Keep in mind, we are switching between official client and RuneLite. I am not positive that there are any people that use 3rd party clients that would play on the official client as well
