Bug Runemate starts a task but does not really start

Hey everyone,

After today's update I am unable to run Runemate.
I click it and nothing happens.
I've tried doing it with/without firewall. With/without admin mode.
I've reinstalled twice. I've cleared cache twice. I've rebooted three times.
I'm using windows 8. It has always worked up until it was updated today.

When I check task manager, it says Runemate is running. I even tried clicking it multiple times, and then I will have multiple "Runemate", but all of them are background processes.
Anyway to get around this?
