To clarify for others who will come across this thread at some point:
We have ZERO access to your account username/passwords as all of this information is encrypted from the second you add it to your RuneMate account.
Furthermore, there is no way we would steal items/gold from someone's account (let alone one user out of the tens of thousands who use RuneMate) and ruin our reputation.
