Resolved Runemate, Why isn't my debit card being accepted?

Dear Runemate Staff,

I've sent you 3 messages now just trying to get some sort of support from you guys, but never heard back. One thing I inquired about was payment. For some reason runemate is denying my debit card when I try paying with credit/debit through PayPal. Could one of you guys, perhaps Jin could override it for me? Then cancel the pending 20 and just do an immediate 20? Let me know, I'd really appreciate it.
