I've tried multiple times now to restart the program and I have also tried even deleting it in its entirety and downloading it again. However, no matter what I do, whenever I type in my login information and click "Log In," it does nothing. It's not a wrong entry for the password or anything because it does not even come up with an error message saying so. The one time I was able to login, all my bots were gone and so were my accounts. I added my account back and then tried to run a bot and the program crashed. Simply not working at all and I don't seem to be the only one having this issue.

I would also suggest to change bots to maybe a more popular one. If the problem isnt on your side it could possible be a broken bot you are trying to run.

Here is what i would do.
Install a program called 'RevoUninstaller', once you've installed it, start up and search for all Runescape and Runemate files.
Click to delete them and it will do a full search to find each file created with those searches and everything linked to it. (Make sure to have important files from Runescape stored safely).
After the De-installment, re-install it all and try it again.
