So RuneScape gives free membership to people who "recruit a friend" to play RuneScape (join via a referral link). Would this be beneficial to botting or would it be possible that Jagex would ban you if your recruited "friend" get banned? If so, then why not make a bot refer another bot to get the free stuff? It sounds like a great idea and I couldn't find anyone else on this site talking about it.

I thought about that, so why not let bots recruit other bots? That way each "link" would only take down 2 accounts at a time.

i use refer a friend for my bots for the free memb and 10% bonus scroll. you wont get banned on the other account. i have a friend that has like 30 refer scrolls on an account from all bot accs
