Look through playerauctions, even tho they're expensive and i'd never use them myself.. 136 cb, it hasall the more expensive and usefull 99's "Attack, Defence, Prayer, Magic, Constitution, and Fletching." 2100+ total, granted it's 75$ but it's player auctions, it's supposed to be expensive - i spent 2 min finding that account, if you actually spend a decent amount of time you'll be able to get a better price. If you're looking for a new main, i'd just bot one up - if you buy an account, it can ALWAYS get recovered.

Rather bot it than buy it tbh. you can always get it recovered, and then you've spent 1b on gear and 50-70$ on an account.. and it's all gone

Well, yeah - don't do it it's like botting, bot for 1 min or 10 hours.. you still risk losing your account, if you can live with that risk.. do it.
