Why do 1 defence pures not take the opportunity to double their defence level more? I see nothing wrong with this.

funny story is, when i was pking in pre-eoc on my pure with 43 pray, 1 def, 63 str, 40 atk, 86 range i somehow had long range on and got 2 defence, i was pissed p

was in f2p too rip 86 range
