I subscribed for 3 dollars a month , and went to use a paid bot but I have 0.00$ on my Runemate account. What gives ?

No, because those are two separate systems.
$3 supporter gives you a total of 300 botting hours for 30 days. You need wallet funds in order to run premium bots.
