Will system updates on osrs effect bot detection rate? Should i wait for update?

Correct. Best to babysit bots after a system update in case the update has broken critical functionality in the client or specific bots.
And if you do find issues, be a responsible RuneMater and post a detailed bug report in the corresponding section of the forums.
