Hello there. First of all I love Runemate, it has helped me get some great gains. The last few times I have tried running some bots, my account seems to log out after 2ish hours or so and then not log back in? The login screen says I have "timed out" I think but I cannot completely recall. This is annoying because the bot continues "running", although I am not logged in. I continue paying 10 cents each hour to do nothing. Am I doing something wrong that my account is not logging back in after it disconnects? This happened in particular with the Prime NMZ bot and Sand Crabs.

And for any lost credits, you can post in the forum thread for the bot you were using and the author may refund you depending on whether the issue is at your end or theirs.

Thank you. To clarify, as this issue happened yet again, my bot runs for a few hours and then I log off for some reason. I stay stuck on the login screen to which it says "error connecting to server" my bot continues running for hours, I continue being charged, yet I never log back in.
