I am unable to access RuneMate using my old log in Ton of Fun, I switched to a new cell phone and I can no longer do the two step authentication. I have money in my wallet on there and was hoping there would be a way to get back on that account.

account is lost, that's why there's a secondary backup method as well, like the questions or something also for what it's worth if you knew you were getting a new phone you could have just removed auth and re added it after
