Unwanted items

I've noticed that the bot tries to destroy the statue stones, and also shards for making the special skillcapes. It treats them as unwanted items. I find this rather strange, because I want to pick up these things. Is there an option to turn this off or whitelist certain items?

If not, should there be something like this implemented?
