Volcano Cursed Energy - Currently working Cursed Divination

Harvests Cursed Wisps to train Divination or collect Energies, depending on configured rift action.
For both F2P and P2P

Supports wilderness chaos alter banking.
Does not support world hopping or anti-pk as there is no point, they will camp and chase if they're autistic enough.

Set up UI:
Enter minimum amount to return to bank and press start.

Suggestions:
- (UPDATE) UNLOCK WILDERNESS LODESTONE IF YOU HAVE NOT
- use EOC INTERFACE mode
- lock chat (so it is not always ready to type)
