Question When do scripts charge the account?

I've noticed that sometimes the amount is removed right at the start, sometimes 20 minutes in, sometimes 50 minutes in. Is it based on standard time?

Example: Running bot for 25 mins and it is 3 pm exactly. With the bot still running, I get charged for running the script as if an hour passed. Does the payment cycle restart at that point or do I still have the remaining 35 mins?

Just curious. Thank you.
