I have an active refund request on a bot usage that wasted some of my credit. It has been opened for around 5 days now with no response. Usual turn around for a refund request for issues have been hours so this doesn't seem normal to me.

I have reported the bot author as inactive as well but it seems like that thread does not get touched very often. So I am at a loss on how to get my refund.

It is my understanding that bot developers are not obligated to issue refunds, even if this may seem unconventional. If the developer is unresponsive, a refund is unlikely. Unfortunately, there is not much you can do about it.
