I'm not trying to say it's worth much, because I didn't expect it to be..
but saying the cape doesn't mean much because you can't get it anymore makes zero sense to me.

Is the item rare? Yes. But it is not a tradeable rare like a partyhat, so I guess it is as valuable as any old event item, which isn't much, unless you find someone who really wants it for whatever reason.
