I've proven this to not be the case, several times..
if you go up abit in the thread, you can see my logs from a 114 hour session without any break timers..

Nah it was perm ban. It was a 14 year old account lol, even though I just started OSRS 2 weeks ago.
I had 2 minor macro bans in 2013
