When I try to load third instance it says some weird shit about not binding. can someone please help

Totally depends on how much you've spent. It's not a problem with RuneMate though, rather with the officialy RuneScape client.

well i am able to start a 3rd client on my own, not through the runemate client, its when i try to connect it that the error occurs

If you havent noticed by now, osrs is not functional atm.
If you‘re trying to bot on RS3 I don‘t know the cause of this problem
