I made this Runemate account saturday just gone (07/09/19) and have used maybe 2 or 3 different free bots since then, conservatively. Today i go to log into the client and it says i have used my 200 free hours and must upgrade my account (costs money). However when i view account usage stats, it says: All Duration (hours) - Total: 63 Now, immediately, 63 hours is not 200. Just below where it says 63 hours used, it also shows UPGRADE STATUS info., which, different to the 63 hours mentioned above, instead states i've used 203/200 hours. Keeping in mind that it has literally has not been 63 hours since I made the account, I fail to see how it could be at all possible to have used even that amount, let alone 203 hours.
