Resolved OSRS banking bug

    When using withdraw(), sometimes scrolls while hovering over a bank tab (which won't let you scroll), and gets stuck because of it.

    There is also another bug i saw with OSRS banking when i was TV'ing Deepak. It scrolled to look for a potion, however, it tried to withdraw the potion after like 20 % visibility in the bank widget, and kept failing. Might want to look into that.
