tried to open the bot 4 times and been charged 0.05 everytime i tried to open was with gatsby combat helper, not a bot issue just a charge issue whilst the bot has been down. bot isnt showing that its down but says its down when i try to use it and been charged each time i tried to open.

if you click on the recent sessions tab in the bot store, you can usually request a refund for these types of things if you don't leave it too long. Otherwise, try to reach out to the authors directly they are always quite good with this stuff and will offer refunds where you can show that the bot wasn't working correctly.
