That's an issue with the game client, not Runemate.

I suggest you check and post on the official Runescape forums asking for assistance.

Make sure you have the LEGACY client installed. Runemate does NOT work with the NXT client.

 

I already told him this, i suggested posting here in case someone here had the same issue.
