    please can i refund 3x times start the bot but failed. used cuppa pickpocket for 3x times and fail to start. so sad

    @wet rag the money was deducted but the bot stuvk at loading, so the bot session not captured it

    @kabul93 by my knowledge, if you were charged there should be a session on that page wet rag linked. And you should be able to submit a refund request.

    If not... I have no idea. The transaction system is handled by Runemate and not something I can debug. You'd need to mention it to staff

    On the regular Gauntlet, i will sometimes just idle and not attack any mini boss although it says im attacking them. I will just sit there until time runs out. Im on fixed classic layout and the only thing i have enabled on runelite is the fps control, gpu, and low detail. Am i putting my settings wrong?

    Honestly I have no idea what would cause this unfortunately. You have your camera the default position roughly? And do you have direct input enabled? Everything sounds correct. Does this happen often?

    ah..the block input option, so i need to have them on as in checked marked? for the mouse and keyboard?
    updated: just did it and it ran fine for 2 runs, but stopped twice on both mini bosses and will only resume if i disable mouse and attack them,

    Block input is not related here; Either way should be fine.

    I'm not sure why this would happen. It may just be worth trying again later tbh.

    If the issue persists please dm me a log (found in help > view logs) from a session where this happened

    used the cg script and it sat idle for 5 mins and logged charged for nothing

    Hi @kdawg760, the bot should definitely be working.

    Often these kinds of issues can be fixed by restarting OSRS & Runemate (or your PC).

    If you are botting with Runemate on Runelite, try disabling all plugins (besides some like GPU plugin) as some can interfere with bots (you can make a separate profile on Runelite with your current plugins saved, for using when not botting).

    Feel free to test using the trial version so you don't get charged, and let me know if the issue persists.

    Been using the Scurrius bot for ages with no issues, it has now stopped working, and I've paid for three hours that haven't worked at all.

    There was a game update last night which can temporarily break things. Everything should be working though. Can you please restart osrs & runemate, and test using the trial so you don't get charged? Let me know if it persists.

    corrupted gauntlet bot just stopping mid run. tried this 3 times in a row, same issue each time.

    The bot should definitely be working.

    If you are botting with Runemate on Runelite, try disabling all plugins as some can interfere with bots (you can make a separate profile on Runelite with your current plugins saved, for using when not botting).

    Otherwise, this sounds like the type of issue that is usually a temporary Runemate bug. You may be able to fix it by restarting OSRS & Runemate before trying the bot again.

    Feel free to test using the lite version of the bot so you don't get charged while testing. If the issue persists or this doesn't help, please dm me a log (found in help > view logs) and I can try to look more into it

    Hey! I love all the bots you've made, actually gotten a lot of skills without getting banned. I was wondering if there are any chance you'd make a pking bot? Or an assistant?

    Honestly I don't really commission bots at all, so I wouldn't want to take payment separate from the public hourly cost (if it were a premium bot), but yeah I'm kinda skeptical a PVP focused bot would have the wide appeal where the hourly usage would be significant overall.

    If I were going to take on a pking bot it would really have to be a passion project I think, and it's just not really something I'm looking to make currently honestly (due to the time commitment, and that I don't really pk). Again I do appreciate the interest though, and it does sound like it'd be cool. So maybe someone would be willing to tackle it :)

    Hey Cuppa, I set up the forestry woodcutter bot and set the time limit to 2hr 59m and came back to my computer this afternoon and seen the bot had been running "Idle" for 9hrs total, but the account was logged out and no progress and I am charged for the 7hrs it wasnt botting on the account.

    RuneMate has been updated (again just now) and everything should be working if you restart OSRS & RuneMate. As always, feel free to test using trials.

    Hey mate, was there an update to the new Moons program? It was running flawlessly, now its dying after 1 or 2 runs?

    There was a game update today so Runemate was buggy.

    Everything should be working if you've restarted OSRS & RuneMate (or your PC), but a lot of people seem to be reporting that RuneMate isn't updating correctly for them today.

    If the issue persists I'd recommend just testing using trials so you don't get charged, or trying again later.

    using hunter, just started doing red chins, noticed when trap falls due to not having any interaction with chinny, it gets stuck on "resetting trap" and just stands there, when i reset manually it starts working again

    Howdy :) So people have reported chin issues intermittently... And I'm not sure what to recommend honestly, as any time I test the bot myself it runs totally smoothly. I can try to stress test the bot soon and see what I can get ironed out, but I'm really not certain honestly, besides the general debugging (making sure plugins arent interfering, restart osrs & runemate and test using lite etc)

    hey i think i fixed the problem, yes everytime but when i turned direct input off it worked fine for me, not sure how that could cause it to happen?

    been running brimhaven agility for about an hr now works ok, just gets stuck on saw trap,gets hit almost everytime while going through

    I'm fairly sure the saw traps success rate is rng, not due to timing? I could be mistaken though

    im pretty sure its timing, but the clicks on the trap are 2 slow by the time it clicks the trap saw is up and just repeats but eventually gets to other side,not a big deal was just letting you know XD and the plank keeps clicking on broken one :(

    yeah there are still a couple things i need to improve (planks being the biggest imo) and i'll try to get them ironed out soon. but for planks, they do rotate randomly so it will *eventually* get the right one atm

    got an issue with lava steam smoke it wont use any spells just stalls on that step

    Hey I think I replied on discord, but I'll paste the response here too:

    It should be working; If you have any spellbook filters on or plugins which could interfere make sure to disable them

    Overall though the bot is in a bit of an as is state due to it's low use; Though it should work, you could also try Mike's

    Hello Sir, I got some issues with the bot client:
    as soon as I start any bot my osrs client (runelite) shuts down
    can you tell me why this suddenly happens? it worked flawless until now

    Runemate was briefly down, but it's been updated & should be working again if you restart OSRS & RuneMate. Please test using the trial so you don't get charged when testing.
