Resolved 200 not reached

    Hi guys, so i was trying to free version with 200 hours before upgrading.
    September worked verry well , but now in october i used 54 hours / 200 hours.

    the stats says 202 hours used but the graffic tells 54 and pretty sure the 54 hour are correct.

    i don't use shared vpn with friends or ip share.
    and deffo nobody else can acces it as i live alone.

    any suggestions or help is welcome.

    You get hours that you spent exactly 1 month later. So my guess is you have used 148hrs between september 13th and october 1st. You can check the hour system over here :

    i started with this september 1st and the 200 hours ended on spetember 26th . on october 1st the hours were resetted to 0. but after 56 hours it already saying 200. thats why im confused as the reset worked normal but its like the hours counted double or somthing like that idk. but i'll wait until next month and see what happens its okay. ty for the reply tho

    You don't just magically get back all 200 hours on the 1st of the month.

    On 1st October, you get back the hours used on 1st September. On 2nd October, you get back the hours used on 2nd September etc.

    @American Express not to be a noob, but can you take a look at my account and help me understand the client says I have exceeded 200 hours this month, when runemate.com/service/stats says i have 116 hours remaining ?

    I checked the date back from August 31st - October 13th, and it still says i have 116 hours left to use.

    Do you use a VPN or bot on a shared network?

    What is displayed on the statistics page may not be correct (it'll read lower than your actual usage) if other people on your IP address are also using RuneMate.

    Yes, I do use a VPN.

    It makes sense, that the client and the website report usage differently.
