There's possibly a bug with it using your existing tabs. If it didnt collapse the tabs because they were deemed reusable try collapsing them

Shittiest bot i've used , just collapsed all my tabs gets half way thru creating a badly organized tab then claims a item its dragging is missing ? so i just messed up my bank and paid for this peice of shit

This is why the refund system exists. But if there's an issue there's no need to be aggressive about it. Report the bug, post the log, request a refund. I would suggest trying a second run as well, sometimes if there's an issue the first time simply refreshing and starting again works.
