If you haven't noticed I'm new to runemate. I don't know the structure of these forums very well yet, which means I don't feel like going on a scavenger hunt. I in fact did check the FAQ, just not the right one. For some reason the hourly info is in billing (traditionally from experience that type of information is not in billing).
Just saying, the least thing you could've done was to check out the links to support threads on the start page right above the shoutbox, which btw would have answered your question :P
