    RuneMate has been updated (again just now) and everything should be working if you restart OSRS & RuneMate. As always, feel free to test using trials.

    Hey mate, was there an update to the new Moons program? It was running flawlessly, now its dying after 1 or 2 runs?

    There was a game update today so Runemate was buggy.

    Everything should be working if you've restarted OSRS & RuneMate (or your PC), but a lot of people seem to be reporting that RuneMate isn't updating correctly for them today.

    If the issue persists I'd recommend just testing using trials so you don't get charged, or trying again later.

    using hunter, just started doing red chins, noticed when trap falls due to not having any interaction with chinny, it gets stuck on "resetting trap" and just stands there, when i reset manually it starts working again

    Howdy :) So people have reported chin issues intermittently... And I'm not sure what to recommend honestly, as any time I test the bot myself it runs totally smoothly. I can try to stress test the bot soon and see what I can get ironed out, but I'm really not certain honestly, besides the general debugging (making sure plugins arent interfering, restart osrs & runemate and test using lite etc)

    hey i think i fixed the problem, yes everytime but when i turned direct input off it worked fine for me, not sure how that could cause it to happen?

    been running brimhaven agility for about an hr now works ok, just gets stuck on saw trap,gets hit almost everytime while going through

    I'm fairly sure the saw traps success rate is rng, not due to timing? I could be mistaken though

    im pretty sure its timing, but the clicks on the trap are 2 slow by the time it clicks the trap saw is up and just repeats but eventually gets to other side,not a big deal was just letting you know XD and the plank keeps clicking on broken one :(

    yeah there are still a couple things i need to improve (planks being the biggest imo) and i'll try to get them ironed out soon. but for planks, they do rotate randomly so it will *eventually* get the right one atm

    There was a game update today; Please restart osrs & RM (or your pc), make sure no plugins are interfering, and test using the trial. If the issue persists please dm me a log (help > view logs)

    got an issue with lava steam smoke it wont use any spells just stalls on that step

    Hey I think I replied on discord, but I'll paste the response here too:

    It should be working; If you have any spellbook filters on or plugins which could interfere make sure to disable them

    Overall though the bot is in a bit of an as is state due to it's low use; Though it should work, you could also try Mike's

    Hello Sir, I got some issues with the bot client:
    as soon as I start any bot my osrs client (runelite) shuts down
    can you tell me why this suddenly happens? it worked flawless until now

    Runemate was briefly down, but it's been updated & should be working again if you restart OSRS & RuneMate. Please test using the trial so you don't get charged when testing.

    i get stuck at canifis rooftops everytime , bot just stopped instantly after first roof and misclicks on mini map

    It's hard to say here. Have you tried the general debugging? Such as restarting osrs & Runemate and testing using the trial?

    And also make sure to disable any plugins which may interfere

    Hello Cuppa!
    I have tried to use the CG bot today, but it stops at 80% loading and then error. I just tried again and the bot started, collected 3 wood inside CG and then just afk and stopped the bot.

    Im not looking for a refund i just want to know if there is something i can do to make it work, or are you working on a fix ?

    Hey, I just used 40 cents on the CG bot but I got a NoSuchMethod error and I was wondering if there was any way to get a refund?

    Hey, so I'm definitely willing to refund. Unfortunately though, the ability to transfer/refund credits hasn't been added to the updated site. So it's not currently possible for me to issue refunds.

    Admins have stated they'll be working on a refund system soon. But there isn't one currently, and I'm not certain if the new system will be able to make retroactive refunds. All that being said, I'll add you to a list (visible on my Discord Server) & refund if/when I'm able. But I can't make promises on if or when that will be at the moment. Apologies, this is kind of out of my hands.

    I was using the GOTR bot and it froze straight away. I added onto someone's post but I thought it might be clearer if I just make one here.

    Could I get a refund, I spent 36 cents before I realized after coming to read the posts. Do you know if it is up for use now?

    i been using a the GOTR bot and it keeps freezing straight away. the free bot worked fine but the premium version didnt,

    Been using your CG bot for few hours on trail to make sure its alright, then went to premium and bot stopped immediately, and had orange banner say to contact for refund. Just a single time 0.20c

    Agility bot not working. Gives me errors and terminates straight after starting the script. Am trying to run Canifis. Tried restarting PC and restarting every program i'm using. None worked.

    @cuppajava also the program was having issues with the colossal pouch it just kept clicking it even after it was full, therefor I switched back to the regular 4 pouches, just giving you the heads up.

    We're just waiting for client devs to finish updating. Should be sometime today, but you can keep an eye on the Runemate discord for more info.
