MaxiHomes TRIAL updated to v1.1.0.

• Added plank sack support - Will bring 3 steel bars and restock at bank if a bank is on the way to the next client and we have less than 30 planks, or if the bank isn't on the way but we don't have enough planks and bars to do the contract
• Improved pathing speed to furniture and clients when in the house
• No longer walks behind the Falador bank when walking to Tau or Norman
• Item pricing should now be working
