I don't know much about RS, i'm quite new here. But in a game i was botting before (not jages, TRION worlds), auto-ban system was banning legits just for online time. If you're online more than 8 hrs more than two days in a raw - autoban. And than wait from a week up to a month untill they review your ban appeal. And even then they wasn't able to distinguish legit from botter - i've managed to unban bots, and had my never botted with clean ip and no-trades-with-bot-chars main not unbanned. I'm quite sure it is possible with JAgex too. For example - too much reports a day - auto ban.
You missed my point. What varies in a ban that is known If the pattern is the same (Clicking on the exact same pixel(s) over and over again) Inhumane reactions after long periods of time (Lynx Titan got banned for this ((unbanned couple hours later)) Your IP/(HWID?) could be flagged as a gold farmer.
