What part of the account is worth 10m in your eyes? Subtracting the wealth, you're demanding 9.7m for a few combat stats that take little to no effort to get.
Just trying to understand, am i missing quests or something?

The stats takes some hours to bot, costing max 3$ (in script cost here at Runemate) subtracting 3m (the 3$) and the wealth you still have 6.7m.
If the electric bill for those botting hours comes up to ~6$ I think the account is worth 10m.
