I'm locked out of my account Mkl due to deleting the google app on my phone. Every time I try and login it tries to authenticate it with my phone. The problem with trying to authenticating it via downloading the app again is that Runemate isn't displayed in the app so i'm unable to receive the code. I can provide staff with the email of my account and whatever information is needed to verify that i'm Mkl. Can you (the staff) delete the authentication on my account so I can login and then redo the authentication? Thanks, Mkl
Did you save the back up codes for use in this exact situation? If so, use those. If not, there's nothing we can do to reset the account.
