RS3 Anyone seen a ban like this before?

Yeah in 2007. I never really understood the reason for the ban though and couldn't find any other bans like it. I send them a tweet and email a while back and never got a response. Always paid using PayPal for membership.

If your PayPal was connected to the account, then perhaps you didn't have enough money to pay for the membership at one point or there was a chargeback.
