that right if his gold farming bots run on different IPS his main will be untouched by the damage of the gold farming.
I was just checking if it's viable to bot wit RuneMate, cause PowerBot seems to be an instaban these days I plan on botting on my main and running 2 farm accounts to supply the main. If I understand correctly I should use a VPN for the farm accounts, or isn't that needed with such a small farm? @zShockz: Do you use a VM?
the cases of having a main flagged because of goldfarming on other accounts only applied to large scale gold farms, like 50+ accounts. Small scales will have absolutely no problems and main won't be at risk. There's no cases of this ever happening as far as anybody knows. People will claim their main has been banned for being related to their goldfarming accounts but then you ask them if they ever have botted on their main and they say yes. If you don't bot on your main and you don't goldfarm 50+ accounts, your main won't get banned. Just have a mule.

Yeah saw that a while ago, good bants, but that's my point. Small scale bot farmers have nothing to worry about in terms of mains that have never botted getting banned. Ofc it's better safe than sorry to just use a vpn/vps but the reality is unless you're a large scale farmer they won't target you. They have much bigger fish to fry.
new accounts have a much higher chance of getting banned using older accounts, even if you literally did nothing after getting off tutorial island, will increase your survival rate if you're going to bot on a main, you might as well take the time to use sandboxie and a VPN given that you're investing that much time into a single account
What is a VPN ? I was going to buy a private server ''VPS'' to bot 24/7 there with some accounts to limit the risk to get my maxed account ban
Sandboxie - Sandbox software for application isolation and secure Web browsing basically runs programs in isolated windows so what happens in that window/program doesn't affect your computer as a whole. Can use it for bot clients so it has nothing to do with your actual pc. Someone correct me if i'm wrong but it's sorta similar to a vps in a way. I used to use it when i botted with powerbot but don't rlly feel a need with runemate.
I have gotten one main banned not to long ago, somewhere in late 2016, but I didnt really know how to bot then. My current main in basicly fully botted, tot lvl 1400 ish. I am pretty lucky. Have botted several days with 8 hours plus with no ban still, but im toning it down with 1-4 hours each day now

The skills i have been botting with long bot sessions is mainly my melee skills, divination and runecrafting.. Mostly runecrafting
