just been banned for 48 hour and im wondering how i should play this becuase i want to continue botting but wont they be keeping a closer eye on this account so any thoughts people?

I got hit with 48 hour as well about a week ago. I wasn't sure if it was Spectre or because back when I made my account in November I used an auto clicker for alching and teleporting and they recently made a change where they considered that to be botting but won't perma ban you for it. To address this, I went from sub 100 QP to 20* QP in a week and now I'm doing different skills daily for about 8 hours a day with 6 hours of down time
Got the 2 day ban a week ago, not sure if it was cause i was botting for several months before or cause on that day i left my bot on and left only to come back and see it was stuck on the world map for about 7 hours..
