So, It's been happening for about half a month now. Every bot, e.g. Celestial Divination, DawgRunespan, Pi Bonfire, Celestial Fisher etc, seems to start but it fails to interact with the objects. I have no idea how to explain, I'll insert a log, to see if it helps. It follows the object, but seems to have a hard time clicking on it... same in every bot. I believe you have to change the graphics to opengl, It fixed it for me. Doesn't work as directx for some reason

Had a similar issue when I had resized my world. Can you post a screenshot of your RS screen, I'm quite interested in seeing how it looks cause you might be experiencing the same problem I had.
Have done what you suggested... still keeps hovering over the wisps... Also tried Pi Bonfire, still the same issue
