Bug Bot not recognizing RuneLite

I have tried everything including reinstalling all runescape related programs and restarting computer but RuneMate won't recognize RuneLite when I am trying to start a script. Also says that RuneLite is not patched and it won't let me patch it.

I am having the same issues as OP, this is a new computer i installed it on as well as my desktop which also is having issues.
