so lately i keep setting my bots to stop running after an hour but for some reason they stop but ill be charged for another hour because it stops at something like 3hours 1 min or 1hours 1 min can i please get a refund of some sorts im trying to manage my time wisely but its rather annoying when you guys charge me for an extra hour fo no reason
You would need to contact the bot author. Why not join the discord and contact them via there as you'll get a faster response.
