Your account's safety is more dependent on the skill trained (and quality of the bot).

I would say a skill such as fishing would have a higher ban rate than others due to it being a commonly botted skill.

Example - I ran @Party's NMZ bot for 39 hours with breaks. See: Prime NMZ

ran @SlashnHax autofighter for 9 hours overnight with 30min-1:20hr breaks and it survived (after botting like 5 hours in the day)

There is no such thing as a "ban rate" or quantified chance of a ban. People just use the term in order to give slight hints if something is safe or not. For example, saying that "botting 2 hours a day is safer than 12 hours a day" is simply not true because it's not that easy.
Some people get banned after botting a week, some haven't been banned from building up a nearly maxed account with only using bots yet.
