I bought 500 hours a few days ago, ran out today so I bought 300 more, only to have the client IMMEDIATELY say that I used my 300 hours instantly. This has happened before where I ran out of hours in maybe 2-3 days, but I always chalked it up to me running 3-4 accounts at one time. However I have a hard time believing it is even physically possible to use 300 hours in roughly 32 seconds.

Please let me know if anymore information is needed.

EDIT: my graph says I have -80,000 hours?

awesome, thank you for the fast replies. I can still use my premium scripts so I'm not too worried about getting it fixed asap.
 
Hey, I seem to still be having the same issue. It resolved itself after a few days, but it is doing it again. I buy hours and then it glitches out and goes into the negative.
