Bug Cant Login To RM Most Times

Takes several attempts for RM to login correctly. My errors are always the same problem according to logs. I have pasted the error code below. Please help =/

The issue is that RM is attempting to validate your login but it receives the information in an unexpected state. I'm not sure what would cause that, possibly a networking issue. Still waiting on @Arbiter

Does your password have symbols or is it alphanumeric? If it is alphanumeric, then there is either something wrong with your network or your firewall. Because that is a configuration on your end and the problem could be in millions of places there isn't much support we can offer except to confirm the issue is on your end by testing with a different internet connection and/or computer. You can do so by hotspotting your phone, visiting a library, and borrowing your buddy's laptop. The solution begins by debugging the problem.

Thanks for getting back with me. :) I will try this on multiple computers, in multiple networks and get back with you shortly.
 
Tried multiple computers, all Windows 7 64bit, with latest java installs, at home network, friends, and at public wifi areas.
Having this problem still. Tried to login 84 times now, still waiting for the one that succeeds...

[update] 85th attempt was success. finally. but problem still remains for future attempts.
 
Still getting these errors.... Takes hundreds of attempts to successfully login.
Happens on different networks & devices.
