It says that i need to upgrade my account to run two or more instances, but i have 0 instances running. So it wont let me run any. I have restarted my pc mulitple times and re installed runemate but it hasnt changed anything.
Wait an hour and try again. You didn't close spectre properly so your instances weren't registered as being closed
