    I am trying to use the Prime Barrows SUPPORTER bot but it says I've used my 7 hours of the trial bot.
    I tried to restart RuneMate and re-adding the bot.

    Yes, I got Supporter rank

    correct, the supporter version has a 7 hour limit per week

    use the premium version for unlimited usage
