So in EOC, atleast, when you are banking, your inventory window gets locked. After you close the Bank window, it takes about a second or two for the inventory to get unlocked and be ready to use. Can API methods for checking if the inventory is locked/unlocked be added?

When you even have a tiny bit of lag the majority of the scripts that use banking get stuck for 10 seconds which greatly decreases xp/hour or money/hour.
